The following prices are mostly estimates, unless noted otherwise. After years of experience in this business,
we can confidently say that with most projects it is impossible to give a firm price without knowing the client’s
specific requirements. The prices have been published for your convenience, so you may know what price range to expect.
In the following tables, you will find graphic design prices for our most popular products, although these are by no means the
only designs we do. For any other quote, please
contact us.

All prices are for the design only; they do not include printing, photography or any other services.
If you need help to find printers, photographers or other service
proviers to help you with your project,
we can refer you to other agencies that we use ourselves.
*Prices may vary depending on complexity. The design complexity is determined
by Artifika and is dependent on the quality of material provided and/or available
such as images, text, logo or any other element you want to include in your
design.

Payment
All services require an advance non-refundable deposit of 50% of the project
quotation total before the work is supplied to the customer for review. The
remaining will be due upon completion of the work. Work on the project will not
commence until Artifika has received this amount. Payment by check or cash
accepted. Checks must be received and clear before any work will begin. We
reserve the right to ask the full amount of any extra material required for your
project (photos, fonts, clipart, etc…). We will not purchase any extra material for
your design until you pay the full amount for it. No final artwork or files will be
delivered or uploaded until final invoices are paid in full.
Rush fees
Any job that is pushed ahead of regularly scheduled jobs for emergency
purposes will have an automatic rush fee added of 50%. Booking time for
projects in a serious agreement and we will always do our absolute best to
promise your job to be started and finished at an agreed to time. If you have an
emergency and we agree to push other clients aside to complete your job ahead
of regularly scheduled jobs of which deposits have already been left for, there is
a mandatory rush fee of 50% to cover the extra hours we will have to stay in
order to get your job done. We reserve the right to refuse accepting rush jobs,
and generally we do not. Under extremely special circumstances we will make
exceptions if we understand your emergency and you agree to compensate us
for our time.
Ownership / Copyrights
Ownership / Copyright of the final artwork become the property of the client,
having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the design upon payment of
all fees. Artifika maintains ownership of certain photos, fonts, clipart and
graphics. Any and all outside third-party copyright permissions are the sole
responsibility of the client.
Artifika retains the right to display the artwork in our portfolio and advertising
materials. Our portfolio is a reflection of the work we have done and some of the
possibilities of the work we are capable of doing.
Other Artifika customers may use the design tools to create designs that have
similar or identical combinations of these elements and Artifika does not
guarantee that your design will not have similarities to designs designed and
used by other parties. Artifika provides no warranty of any kind that designs
created using the design tools will not infringe, or be subject to a claim of
infringing, the trademark or other rights of another party. It is solely your
responsibility to obtain the advice of an attorney regarding whether the design is
legally available for your use and does not infringe the rights of another party.
Grammatical errors
You are 100% responsible for proofing your materials. Though we will help with
looking for errors, we will not be liable for errors or omissions in spelling or
content. (See "Client approval")
Revisions
Every project has revisions. Unless otherwise noted, our design services include
3 revisions; each additional revision will be charged at an hourly rate ($50.00).
Artifika reserves the right to determine which revisions are considered billable.
Client approval
Once a project has been approved, Artifika is not responsible for any errors in the
project. NO refunds are given after a final approval has been received.
Liability
Artifika assumes no liability, financial or otherwise, resulting from the use or
misuse of its products. Furthermore, Artifika assumes no responsibility for
liabilities resulting from errors once client approval has been given. (See “Client
approval”)
Color proofing
With all printing there may be some color variations from what you have seen on
screen to what the final product looks like. Likewise, there may be variations in
colors between printing runs. This is due to the nature of CMYK printing and
bulk-run printing system. PDF files are supplied as final order confirmation for
each client file but are not considered color-accurate proofs. Color prints from
client-owned equipment are also not considered to be color-accurate proofs.
Because of differences in equipment, media and materials, inks and other
conditions between color proofing and production operations, a reasonable
variation in color between color proofs and the completed job can be expected.
Privacy policy
We take your personal information seriously. We never release email addresses,
private phone numbers, FTP information, or hosting account details to
unauthorized third parties.
